Who can save the Bengals?

Paul Daugherty is using his power to hopefully light a fire under Mike Brown. Someone needs to get to him and explain that the Bengals fans would love a winning team, that he should hire a GM and expand the scouting staff so that we don't waste six years of first round picks (the last successful pick was Carson...Rivers is still a question mark).

You'd be amazed by how many costumes in Athens were Bengals fans with bags over their faces.

Maybe we can switch the Bengals with the cheerleaders. We could save money on troubled players, Mike Brown headaches and fan support issues. I think the fans would take the bags off their heads and start returning to the stadium to see the ladies play football. Would the record be any different?

an interesting take about a moral obligation to put a winning team on the field. I would like to know Mike Brown's thoughts on. Here is a more telling stat, the bengals have one scout. New England has 11. Who is doing more to put a winning team on the field, Mike Brown or Bob Craft?

i agree with daugherty, it seems that he's going to make his money anyway. he should at least put an effort into putting a winning team on the field, and it starts with the basics. scouting-gets the future for your franchise. gm-someone who is a pro at dealing with players. also, mike brown should never of re-signed chris henry...i don't care if he becomes a hall of fame player, he was on strike five with the bengals and needed to move on. mike brown just has done too many things wrong, and the record seems to be reflecting it this year (i really, REALLY want him to get a GM)

i also thought it was interesting how daugherty made the Reds shout out, how their owner actually wants to win, and takes pride in it. reds 09?

I am a big believer that we prove all the time that we can not do things. Things that there are experts in. I have tried to fix an engine, something a mechanic should do. I think that he has proven over the last twenty years that he can not do the job his way.

I also think that there is a point in every person's live they would get tired of being a loser. Except maybe for Mike Brown because he continues to stay the course.
