ENTERTAINMENT: Lil Wayne on top of the world

Lil Wayne exploded on the music charts with the release of the Carter III. He has grown from the "Go DJ" days, becoming more and more famous for his catchy freestyles. He is everywhere now.

If you listen to the radio for an hour, odds are Lil Wayne will be on for at least 30 minutes (if you're on the right stations). Music artists reach out just to put his name on their song. Whenever a song has "ft. Lil Wayne" on it, people listen. It rises on the charts. It explodes.

He's done it again, this time teaming up with Kevin Rudolf in a not so familiar role. Their song, "Let it Rock" isn't the gansta type rap or edgey free-style most are used to hearing from Lil Wayne, yet it's still another radio hit in my book.
